2015 AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS (DCCR) In an effort to improve the look of the community, Forced Maintenance and Mow has been discussed over the years. Currently, this action is not listed in all units of the governing document. As some units allow this action, it would be best to have this authorized throughout the community. To amend the governing document, a vote with approval must be obtained by the membership. This would allow the Board of Directors to address those overgrown lots with ease. This can only be done with your help. Below, please find an editable ballot for the Amendment of the DCCRs, which provides additional information. Once you have voted, please email Lisa James at email@example.com with “WILDHORSE DCCRs” in the subject line.

Wildhorse Community Dump Day
January 17, 2015
Wildhorse Community Dump Day took place this Saturday morning at the Sports Park. What started with a few glitches, soon things were underway. We initially ordered two 40-yard containers and Wildhorse delivered. With a line of residents patiently waiting, both containers were filled with large items such as old mattresses, televisions, water heaters and even a jacuzzi. We were fortunate enough to be able to fill up 10 Tiger Sanitation residential dump trucks as well. We do apologize the 12 containers reached capacity before the expected time of the event but thank you Wildhorse for being prepared and doing your part to reduce illegal dumping in the community.
